Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged.
- You received the wrong item in your order.
Timeframe
All return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Process

- Provide your order details and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
- Share photos of the damaged or incorrect item for verification purposes.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- It may take 3–5 working days for the refund to reflect.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Opened or partially consumed snacks.
- Products returned outside the 7-day timeframe.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the product is damaged or the wrong item was delivered: Return shipping costs will be covered by Crunchy Popia.
- If you change your mind: Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
